Virtual Assistant Designer (Remote)

About the role

We are looking for a Virtual Assistant Designer to support our design team at RYZE. In this remote position you will adjust existing creative assets, ensure proper formatting, and conduct quality‑assurance checks to keep our visual output consistent and error‑free.

Key responsibilities

• Modify headlines and copy within existing designs while preserving brand guidelines.
• Adjust aspect ratios, rearrange elements, and reformat assets for new sizes or updated content.
• Perform thorough QA checks to catch typos, layout errors, and specification issues.
• Collaborate with designers to ensure revisions meet project briefs and design standards.
• Provide minor design revisions and formatting support across various assets.

Required profile

• Proven experience in a virtual assistant or design‑support role.
• Strong attention to detail and ability to spot visual inconsistencies.
• Effective remote communication and teamwork skills.
• Proactive attitude toward identifying and correcting design errors.
