Senior Designer

About the role

We are looking for a Senior Designer to lead the creative process from concept through to final artwork release. You will manage the development of visual assets for multiple brand categories, ensuring they meet brand standards and regulatory requirements.

Key responsibilities

• Lead the entire creative workflow, from ideation to final production.
• Develop and direct creative solutions for assigned brand categories.
• Maintain strict adherence to brand style guides and legal compliance.
• Challenge existing designs, identify improvement opportunities, and ensure high‑quality output.
• Facilitate clear communication throughout project lifecycles and lead kickoff and pre‑production meetings.
• Prioritize tasks, proactively seek answers, and meet deadlines.
• Build strong internal partnerships and collaborate across stakeholders.
• Take ownership of work quality and ensure timely, accurate delivery.

Required profile

• 5+ years of graphic design experience with a strong portfolio.
• Degree in Graphic Design, Advertising, Illustration, Digital, or a related field.
• Proven expertise in advertising and shopper marketing across retail, digital, social media, and e‑commerce channels.
• Fluent written and spoken English.
