Sportswear Graphic Designer – Remote (AU Sublimation)

About the role

ConnectOS is looking for a creative Sportswear Graphic Designer to lead the design of premium multi‑sport kits for teams worldwide. You will work from home, turning concepts into production‑ready sublimation files while collaborating with sales, production, and quality teams.

Key responsibilities

• Design cutting‑edge kits for football, basketball, volleyball, rugby and other sports.
• Develop full brand systems including logos, colour palettes, typography, patterns and sponsor placements.
• Create premium mock‑ups – both flat layouts and 3D/on‑body visualisations.
• Convert designs into factory‑ready sublimation files (panel mapping, seams, bleeds, colourways, sizing notes).
• Collaborate with sales, production and QC teams to ensure high‑quality outputs.
• Communicate directly with clients in English to secure fast approvals.
• Contribute to marketing assets, lookbooks and collection concepts.
• Maintain organised templates and files for efficiency and scalability.

Required profile

• Strong portfolio showcasing sportswear or teamwear design with a modern, premium aesthetic.
• Experience with global sports brands (e.g., Adidas, Nike) is a strong advantage.
• Highly organised, detail‑oriented and able to meet tight deadlines.
• Portfolio must be provided as part of the application.

Required skills

• Advanced proficiency in Adobe Illustrator.
• Advanced proficiency in Adobe Photoshop.
• Knowledge of CorelDRAW (optional but a plus).
• Solid understanding of the sublimation workflow from mock‑up to production.
• Familiarity with 3D garment design tools.
