US Healthcare Paralegal (MH)

About the role

We are seeking a Senior Paralegal with a strong focus on US healthcare law to support our legal team. Working under attorney supervision, you will manage contract drafting, regulatory research, and corporate record‑keeping for a fast‑growing healthcare organization.

Key responsibilities

• Draft, review, and redline contracts such as BAAs, vendor agreements, NDAs, MSAs, and provider/payer agreements.
• Maintain contract lifecycle tracking, including intake, version control, signature workflows, renewal calendars, and expiration alerts.
• Conduct legal and regulatory research on HIPAA, Stark, Anti‑Kickback Statute, state licensure, and payer regulations; produce actionable memos.
• Manage corporate records, entity filings, and state registrations across multiple US jurisdictions.
• Coordinate with outside counsel, internal stakeholders, and regulatory bodies; prepare correspondence and meeting materials.
• Support credentialing, licensing, provider enrollment, subpoena responses, and medical records requests.
• Organize digital files, matter trackers, and shared workspaces using Google Drive, DocuSign, and upcoming legal software.
• Prepare weekly summaries, status reports, and dashboards for legal leadership.
