About the role
We are looking for enthusiastic Customer Service Representatives to join our Travel Account. In this role you will assist customers with a wide range of travel‑related inquiries, ensuring a smooth and pleasant experience throughout their journey.
Key responsibilities
- Handle inbound customer inquiries via phone, chat, or email.
- Assist customers with flight bookings, hotel reservations, itinerary changes, and cancellations.
- Provide accurate information on fares, schedules, travel policies, and promotions.
- Resolve customer concerns professionally and efficiently.
- Document interactions and transactions accurately in the system.
- Meet quality, customer satisfaction, and productivity metrics.
Required profile
- Strong communication skills for phone, chat, and email interactions.
- Ability to deliver excellent customer service and maintain professionalism.
- Attention to detail for accurate documentation and transaction handling.
- Capability to meet performance and quality targets.
