About the role

We are looking for motivated French‑English bilingual professionals to join our international brand’s customer support team. The position is based in Davao and focuses on delivering high‑quality omnichannel assistance to French‑speaking customers in Canada.

Key responsibilities

• Provide outstanding support across voice, chat, email and other digital platforms.
• Handle French‑language tickets and inbound calls.
• Switch to English queues during periods of low French volume.
• Consistently meet the company’s performance, quality and compliance standards.

Required profile

• Fluent in French with strong command of English.
• Willingness to relocate to Davao and work onsite.
