About the role
The Transport & Logistics Coordinator Assistant supports daily transportation and distribution activities, ensuring the smooth movement of products and materials across locations. This onsite role is based at 130-A 6th St., East Grace Park, Caloocan City and is ideal for recent graduates eager to start a career in logistics.
Key responsibilities
- Coordinate delivery schedules and communicate requirements with drivers, warehouse teams, and internal departments.
- Monitor outgoing shipments, update status, and maintain accurate logistics records.
- Assist in tracking vehicle dispatches, delivery completions, and shipment performance.
- Prepare logistics summaries, monitoring reports, and transport documentation.
- Support process monitoring and continuous improvement initiatives within the logistics function.
- Address delivery‑related concerns and escalate operational issues as needed.
Required profile
- Graduate of a four‑year program, preferably in Supply Chain Management, Business Administration, Industrial Engineering, Logistics Management, or related fields.
- Previous experience in distribution, transportation coordination, logistics operations, or dispatching is preferred.
- Detail‑oriented with strong coordination and communication abilities.
- Able to prioritize multiple tasks, work under tight timelines, and operate with minimal supervision.
Required skills
- Proficiency in Microsoft Excel for tracking and reporting.
