About the role
We are seeking a passionate Trainer to lead onboarding, refresher, and continuous learning initiatives for our operations team. The ideal candidate enjoys facilitating engaging sessions, coaching employees, and helping teams improve performance in a fast‑paced environment.
Key responsibilities
- Conduct onboarding and refresher training sessions for employees.
- Facilitate engaging classroom and virtual training programs.
- Support upskilling initiatives and knowledge‑enhancement activities.
- Identify learning gaps and provide coaching or training recommendations.
- Assist in creating and updating training materials, guides, presentations, and e‑learning content.
- Monitor trainee progress and provide feedback to support performance improvement.
- Conduct post‑training assessments and track training effectiveness.
- Ensure training documentation and materials are aligned with operational requirements.
- Collaborate with Operations, QA, and HR teams to support business goals and employee development.
- Participate in calibration sessions and team meetings as needed.
Required profile
- At least 1 year of experience in Training, Learning & Development, Coaching, or a related role.
- Experience facilitating training sessions in a BPO, shared services, or similar environment.
- Strong communication and presentation skills.
- Willingness to work predominantly dayshift and fully onsite at Wilcon IT Hub, Makati City.
