Senior Recruiter

About the role

We are looking for a Senior Recruiter to lead our legal recruitment efforts at Teams Squared. The successful candidate will source, assess and place high‑quality legal professionals while also supporting occasional non‑legal hiring needs.

Key responsibilities

• Source, screen and interview candidates across multiple legal practice areas.
• Manage the full recruitment lifecycle from job posting to onboarding.
• Conduct 10–20 screening and qualification calls daily.
• Evaluate candidates’ legal qualifications and fit for specialized roles.
• Build and maintain a global network of legal talent.
• Collaborate with internal teams to understand client culture and hiring requirements.
• Maintain accurate records in the applicant tracking system and provide regular pipeline updates.
• Develop innovative sourcing strategies to attract passive candidates.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s degree in Law, Human Resources, Business Administration or related field.
• Minimum 3 + years of experience in recruitment, legal practice or HR with a focus on legal roles.
• Strong understanding of various legal practice areas and ability to assess technical legal skills.
• Excellent communication skills in spoken and written English.
• Highly organized, detail‑oriented and able to manage multiple open roles.
• Self‑motivated and comfortable working in a hybrid remote environment.

Required skills

• Experience with Applicant Tracking Systems (ATS).
• Proficiency in LinkedIn Recruiter and other sourcing platforms.
