Telesales Officer – Banking Products

About the role

The Telesales Officer will promote Union Bank’s financial products and services through phone outreach, aiming to meet monthly sales targets while delivering excellent customer service. This role focuses on matching clients’ needs with appropriate banking solutions and strengthening client relationships.

Key responsibilities

• Achieve monthly productivity targets by contacting customers via tele‑calling.
• Present the bank’s product offerings, including cards and loan products, to existing and prospective clients.
• Introduce competitive financial services to enhance customer engagement.
• Provide recommendations and sell products that meet customers’ financial needs.
• Conduct inbound and outbound non‑face‑to‑face sales activities.
• Improve productivity through cross‑selling and referrals of cards and loan products.
• Assess risk appropriately and ensure compliance with applicable laws, regulations, and bank policies.
