Customer Service Representative (Remote)

About the role

RecruitGo is looking for a Customer Service Representative to provide phone, voicemail and email support to patients. This remote position is based in the Philippines and requires strong communication, empathy and attention to detail while working independently.

Key responsibilities

• Answer incoming patient phone calls and address their inquiries.
• Return calls to patients who have left voicemail messages.
• Respond to patient email requests in a timely manner.
• Handle additional tasks as needed to ensure client satisfaction.

Required profile

• Minimum of 2 years experience in phone‑based customer service.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
• High level of empathy and attention to detail.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
• Reliable home office setup with computer, headset, stable power and internet.
