Telesales Associate (Quezon City)

About the role

The Telesales Associate will promote BPI’s banking products and services to prospective customers. Working from the Vertis North office, you will conduct outbound sales calls to acquire new clients and increase usage of credit cards, SIP loans and personal loans, helping the team meet its sales targets. You will collaborate with the sales team to follow up on leads and deliver excellent service throughout the sales cycle.

Key responsibilities

• Actively sell BPI credit cards, SIP loans and personal loans through outbound telephone calls.
• Identify and acquire new customers while encouraging existing clients to expand product usage.
• Provide product information and answer customer queries during calls.
• Follow up on leads generated by marketing campaigns.
• Achieve monthly and quarterly sales targets set by the department.
• Maintain accurate records of calls, leads and sales activities in the CRM system.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s degree in any discipline.
• Strong communication and customer‑service orientation.
• Fresh graduates are welcome; prior sales or marketing experience is a plus but not mandatory.
• Ability to work in a target‑driven environment.

Required skills

• Proficiency in Microsoft Word.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Excel.
• Proficiency in Microsoft PowerPoint.
• Familiarity with other MS Office tools.
