Technical Specialist – SharePoint

About the role

The Technical Specialist – SharePoint provides second‑level support for the company’s SharePoint environment and drives the development, testing, and release of SharePoint‑based applications. The role also assists with migration activities and ensures smooth operation of the platform.

Key responsibilities

• Deliver 2nd‑level support for SharePoint and SharePoint Online queries.
• Develop, test, and release custom SharePoint applications according to specifications.
• Assist in migrating site collections, sites, and files to newer SharePoint versions.
• Work on complex projects independently with minimal supervision.
• Provide solution recommendations to the Manager – ADS PH for business requirements.
• Assess user requests, obtain approvals, and escalate when necessary.
• Prepare regular team reporting and documentation.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s degree in a related field.
• 2‑5 years of hands‑on experience with SharePoint 2010/2016.
• Experience with SharePoint Online, Power Automate, and Power Apps.
• Strong analytical, troubleshooting, and problem‑solving abilities.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
