Senior Technical Specialist - SharePoint

About the role

We are looking for a Senior Technical Specialist with deep expertise in SharePoint to join our Digital Productivity team in Mandaluyong City. You will work under the Digital Productivity Lead, driving SharePoint projects from scoping to delivery while ensuring platform health and user satisfaction.

Key responsibilities

• Scope SharePoint projects, identify technical limitations and propose work‑arounds or alternative solutions.
• Assess project timelines and ensure tasks are completed within reasonable periods.
• Review and approve user requests, escalating when necessary.
• Monitor SharePoint platform health by checking logs, back‑end configuration and applying corrective actions.
• Develop, test and release SharePoint applications following best practices.
• Provide 3rd‑level support for custom SharePoint applications and general queries.
• Assist in migrating site collections, sites and files to the latest SharePoint version and validate successful migration.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s degree in a related field.
• 5+ years of hands‑on experience with SharePoint 2013/2016 and SharePoint Online.
• Experience with SharePoint Designer, InfoPath forms and workflow development.
• Strong analytical, problem‑solving and decision‑making abilities.
• Excellent oral and written communication skills.
