IT Support Specialist

About the role

TaskUs is seeking an IT Support Specialist to provide first‑level technical assistance to internal users across its global operations. The role involves troubleshooting hardware, software and network issues, ensuring minimal downtime and high user satisfaction.

Key responsibilities

• Receive and respond to tickets and email requests from employees.
• Log, track and document all support interactions.
• Diagnose and resolve hardware, software and telecommunications malfunctions while preserving data integrity.
• Install, configure, update and maintain operating systems, applications and software patches.
• Perform desktop system maintenance and upgrades, including OS patch deployment.
• Assist users during application testing, migrations and system maintenance projects.
• Create and maintain instructional documentation for hardware and software procedures.
