Technical Services Technician

About the role

The Technical Services Technician will support the delivery and maintenance of data‑center and critical‑facilities solutions. You will gain hands‑on experience with the company’s products while providing first‑level technical assistance to customers both remotely and on‑site.

Key responsibilities

• Assist senior technicians with installation, deployment, integration, testing and basic implementation of systems and equipment.
• Provide first‑level technical support via email, phone and on‑site visits.
• Conduct routine troubleshooting, maintenance tasks and technical service calls under guidance.
• Support the sales team with technical information and on‑site demonstrations.
• Perform internal IT support tasks such as system setup, cable management, basic network checks and equipment inventory.
• Prepare service reports and documentation after each assignment.
• Follow company policies, safety procedures and technical standards.

Required profile

• 0‑2 years of related technical experience; fresh graduates are welcome.
• Bachelor’s degree or technical/vocational background in Engineering, Computer Engineering, IT, Electronics or a related field.
• Willingness to learn installation, troubleshooting and maintenance procedures.
