Security Engineering Lead – Manila Cyber Delivery Centre

About the role

The Security Engineering Lead is the domain leader responsible for the Security Engineering pillar within the Manila Cyber Delivery Centre. This technical leadership position drives the design, implementation and operationalisation of security controls and platforms at enterprise scale, aligned with global cyber engineering standards.

Key responsibilities

• Lead delivery of security engineering implementations and integrations, ensuring quality, resilience and consistency across engagements.
• Define, enforce and evolve repeatable engineering patterns, standards and quality gates to minimise bespoke delivery drift.
• Own the project‑to‑operations handover discipline so that capabilities can be run effectively by Security Operations.
• Develop engineering leaders and senior engineers, building depth and succession across multiple sub‑domains.
• Partner with Strategy & Architecture to ensure designs are implementable and with Operations to guarantee operability and maintainability.
• Provide credible engineering input to pursuits, including solution approach, integration assumptions, resourcing model, delivery risks and client dependencies.

Required profile

• Proven technical leadership experience managing managers and senior engineers across security engineering sub‑domains.
• Ability to translate strategy into repeatable engineering capability and processes.
• Strong focus on craft, quality and outcomes, with a track record of developing high‑performing engineering teams.
• Excellent collaboration skills with sales, enablement, architecture and operations functions.
