Technical Engineer – IT Solutions

About the role

We are looking for a Technical Engineer to join our team in Paco, Manila. You will support the design, installation, and activation of IT infrastructure solutions such as CCTV, PABX, and networking systems.

Key responsibilities

• Assist in designing IT solutions (CCTV, PABX, Network, etc.) using CAD tools.
• Supervise and monitor IT projects, ensuring proper installation, configuration, and activation of equipment.
• Conduct compliance checks and verify that quality standards are met.
• Draft progress reports and maintain comprehensive project documentation.
• Perform fieldwork, coordinate task delegation with team members, and ensure timely project delivery.

Required profile

• Graduate of Computer Science, IT, Electronics Engineering, or related fields (experience not required).
• Licensed ECEs and Engineers are an advantage.
• Proficient in MS Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint).
• Ability to work under pressure and handle workload efficiently.
• Strong communication and organizational skills.
• Willingness to perform fieldwork and preferably own a motorcycle for on‑site tasks.
