Systems Administrator – Platform Support

About the role

We are looking for a proactive Systems Administrator to join our Platform Support team. You will ensure 24/7 availability of MRI applications, provide on‑site and hosted client support, and help maintain a high level of client satisfaction.

Key responsibilities

• Configure, maintain, and support MRI applications in a 24/7 environment.
• Respond to inbound client requests within defined service levels.
• Monitor, document, and manage incident resolution while communicating status to clients.
• Troubleshoot data‑center components and perform SQL database backups, restores, and queries.
• Set up, troubleshoot, and support advanced software integrations across multiple platforms.
• Follow change‑management procedures and maintain technical, user, and procedural documentation.
• Participate in SOC audits and other auditing tasks as required.

Required profile

• Excellent analytical, problem‑solving, and communication skills.
• Strong time‑management and ability to work independently or in a 24/7 team.
• High level of confidentiality and professionalism.
• Bachelor’s degree in IT/Information Systems or equivalent experience preferred.
