EDM / PMAC Operator and Iteration Manager

About the role

The EDM / PMAC Operator and Iteration Manager will oversee the creation, delivery and optimisation of electronic direct marketing campaigns while driving Agile delivery for the team. You will work closely with renewal, e‑commerce and marketing managers to align technical execution with business objectives.

Key responsibilities

• Manage, maintain and operate Electronic Direct Marketing (EDM) messages using Oracle Responsys.
• Operate the PMAC direct‑messaging platform in coordination with the Renewal Business Manager.
• Collaborate with Consumer Retention, e‑commerce and marketing managers to define campaign requirements.
• Estimate effort, provide internal time‑and‑materials quotes and ensure deadlines are met.
• Lead Agile iterations: define resources, clarify tasks, track daily progress and remove bottlenecks.
• Produce iteration status reports, including burn‑down and burn‑up charts.
• Work with Product Owners to plan releases and prioritise features using Agile techniques.
• Foster a collaborative team environment, monitor morale and encourage continuous improvement.
• Proofread campaign content to guarantee high‑quality output.
• Report results and performance metrics to stakeholders.
