Structural Engineer – Geostructural Design Specialist (Remote)

About the role

We are looking for a Structural Engineer with a passion for high‑impact geostructural projects. The role is remote‑based in the Philippines, working 8 AM‑4 PM EST, and involves designing complex foundations, retaining walls, offshore structures and more for commercial and industrial projects across North America.

Key responsibilities

• Lead structural analysis and design for commercial and industrial projects.
• Engineer buildings, bridges, offshore jetties, retaining walls and deep foundations.
• Perform advanced structural analysis using STAAD Pro.
• Collaborate with geotechnical experts to deliver integrated design solutions.
• Prepare models and calculations using MathCAD and AutoCAD.
• Provide technical oversight, conduct peer reviews and ensure cost‑effective innovation.

Required profile

• 5+ years of experience in commercial/industrial structural design.
• Degree in Civil Engineering (Master’s in Geotechnical Engineering is a plus).
• Strong knowledge of international and local building codes.
• Excellent communication skills and attention to detail.
• Ability to work remotely during EST business hours.
