Senior Architect – Hybrid (Makati/Quezon City)

About the role

We are seeking a Senior Architect to join our Philippines team, working from Makati and Quezon City. The role involves leading architectural design, preparing scope documents, and delivering BIM models for a variety of projects.

Key responsibilities

• Manage project jobs, monitoring time and cost budgets for support staff.
• Create conceptual sketches, plans, BIM models and presentation images from briefs.
• Produce detailed drawings based on concept sketches and established standards.
• Participate in design discussions and allocate work within a small team.
• Coordinate cross‑disciplinary efforts to ensure seamless project delivery.

Required profile

• Minimum 10 years of relevant experience, preferably in a consulting environment.
• Strong understanding of construction methodologies and local building codes.
• Ability to work with other disciplines and coordinate FF&E and other project elements.
