Strategic Project Manager

About the role

The Strategic Project Manager will translate organizational goals into actionable initiatives, driving cross‑functional delivery and measurable outcomes across the enterprise.

Key responsibilities

• Convert OGSM objectives into project roadmaps and strategic plans.
• Partner with leadership and stakeholders to identify improvement opportunities and create value.
• Provide strategic insights for decision‑making, resource allocation and prioritisation.
• Lead end‑to‑end delivery of projects, from discovery through implementation and adoption.
• Manage scope, resources, timelines, budgets and mitigate risks.
• Ensure robust governance, documentation and reporting aligned with PMO and OGSM structures.
• Measure initiative impact against objectives and drive continuous improvement.
• Promote a culture of agility, innovation and learning.
• Support change‑management activities to ensure stakeholder readiness and sustained adoption.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Management, Economics, Engineering or related field; Master’s degree or PMP/Agile certification preferred.
• 3‑5 years of experience in project leadership, program coordination, business improvement or strategy execution.
• Experience within a strategic PMO, transformation office or corporate strategy team is highly preferred.
• Strong analytical, problem‑solving and decision‑making abilities.
• Excellent stakeholder management, communication and facilitation skills.
• Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously and influence without authority.
