About the role
The Administrative Assistant will support the smooth functioning of daily operations by handling a variety of administrative tasks. This position works closely with team members to coordinate projects, manage schedules, and ensure that documentation is accurate and up‑to‑date, while also serving as a point of contact for clients and vendors when required.
Key responsibilities
- Assist in daily operations and administrative tasks.
- Support team members with project coordination and scheduling.
- Maintain accurate records and documentation for various projects.
- Communicate effectively with clients and vendors as needed.
Required profile
- Bachelor’s degree in a relevant field preferred.
- At least 2 years of experience in a similar role.
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills.
- Proactive attitude with a willingness to learn.
- Ability to handle multiple tasks and priorities efficiently.
