Sommelier – Luxury Hotel

About the role

Join a world‑renowned luxury hotel brand as a Sommelier, responsible for delivering exceptional wine experiences to discerning guests. You will uphold the hotel’s reputation for legendary quality and contribute to a collaborative, growth‑mindset team environment.

Key responsibilities

• Support the company’s philosophy and culture through the Service Pillars of Legendary Quality Experiences.
• Maintain professional grooming standards for yourself and the team.
• Attend daily F&B briefings and weekly F&B meetings.
• Conduct regular wine trainings and sommelier meetings for staff.
• Maintain and update wine service standards and SOPs.
• Manage the master wine list, propose promotions, and organize special wine dinners.
• Recommend wine pairings and promote wine sales to enhance the guest experience.
• Control beverage cost in collaboration with the F&B team and manage the wine costing sheet.
• Establish and retain supplier relationships, oversee stock levels, ordering, and receiving.
• Record VIP guest beverage preferences and oversee wine‑related equipment.
