Site Manager – Philippines

About the role

We are looking for an experienced Site Manager to lead the installation, testing, commissioning and ramp‑up of our automatic systems in the Philippines. You will coordinate all on‑site activities, ensure project timelines are met and maintain the highest quality and safety standards.

Key responsibilities

• Manage site manpower and activities during installation, test, troubleshooting, commissioning, ramp‑up and acceptance phases.
• Issue daily and weekly progress reports to management and the project team.
• Coordinate with the customer on all site‑related matters and lead daily monitoring meetings.
• Analyze schedules for optimisation, flag potential delays and ensure on‑time project completion.
• Lead local contractor teams and technicians, assign tasks and control daily execution.
• Supervise machine testing, controls and start‑up activities.
• Verify system layouts, equipment drawings and documents, reporting any mismatches.
• Enforce environmental and safety precautions throughout all processes.

Required profile

• Minimum 5 years of site management experience, preferably in logistics or manufacturing.
• Strong mechanical engineering knowledge with the ability to troubleshoot complex problems.
• Proficiency in interpreting electrical and mechanical schematics, machine layouts and manuals.
• Hands‑on experience with inverters, electric motors, sensors, photocells and 400/230 V electrical cabinets.
• Excellent project‑management and problem‑solving skills, able to work under pressure.
• Proven leadership and team‑motivation abilities.
• Fluent in English; Thai is a plus.
• Willingness to travel extensively.
