About the role
The Service Associate provides competent, timely and error‑free over‑the‑counter services to customers in the Business Center. The role ensures strict compliance with internal policies, BSP and AMLA regulations, while delivering excellent customer experiences.
Key responsibilities
- Deliver over‑the‑counter banking services with zero errors.
- Maintain compliance with Banko Sentral ng Pilipinas (BSP) and Anti‑Money Laundering Act (AMLA) regulations.
- Identify risk areas and apply bank policies to eliminate risks.
- Support business objectives through high‑quality customer service and branch initiatives.
- Achieve Business Center service standards for wait time, transaction speed and accuracy.
- Assist in process improvement and technology implementation across branch systems.
- Engage clients professionally to ensure a positive banking experience.
- Perform delegated administrative functions in an organized manner.
Required profile
- Graduate of any 4‑year course; fresh graduates are welcome.
- Ability to handle complex situations, make efficient decisions and manage time effectively.
- Strong controlling, monitoring and security‑awareness skills.
- Empathetic, compassionate and highly service‑oriented.
- Committed to quality, accuracy and organizational standards.
