Senior Tax Accountant (Remote, Philippines)

About the role

We are seeking a skilled Senior Tax Accountant to join our growing team remotely from the Philippines. This full‑time position supports a diverse client base across multiple industries, handling U.S. tax compliance and related financial reporting.

Key responsibilities

• Prepare financial statements for tax return purposes.
• Gather, analyze, and reconcile data required for tax return preparation.
• Research, analyze, and document tax information.
• Prepare and file various business and personal U.S. tax returns accurately and on time.
• Compile written responses to IRS notices and other inquiries.
• Coordinate workflows across departments to ensure timely tax‑related task completion.
• Communicate financial and tax information to key stakeholders.
• Perform additional tax filing duties as needed.

Required profile

• 3‑5 years of hands‑on tax/accounting experience, including managing and organizing tax data.
• Proven ability to coordinate tax filings across multiple jurisdictions and industries.
• Strong written and verbal communication skills for explaining complex tax concepts.
• Bachelor’s degree in accounting, finance, or business (Associate’s degree with extensive relevant experience also considered).
