Senior Project Manager - Advanced Manufacturing

About the role

Turner & Townsend is seeking a Senior Project Manager to lead advanced manufacturing projects, coordinating with Texas Instruments' project managers, stakeholders and third‑party vendors to ensure successful delivery.

Key responsibilities

• Coordinate with Texas Instruments' project managers, stakeholders, and third‑party vendors to monitor and verify project execution.
• Assist in developing project plans, schedules, and resource allocation for third‑party projects.
• Manage vendor relationships, ensuring compliance with project requirements, timelines and quality standards.
• Identify, assess and mitigate risks, escalating issues as needed.
• Facilitate communication among all parties to keep them informed and aligned.
• Provide regular status updates, highlighting progress, issues and risks.
• Collaborate to resolve issues and implement corrective actions.
• Identify and implement process improvements for third‑party project management.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s degree in Business, Engineering or a related field.
• At least 10 years of experience in project coordination or PMO support.
• Proven experience managing vendors and cross‑functional stakeholders.
• Strong knowledge of project planning, tracking and reporting.
• Ability to identify risks, resolve issues and escalate when needed.
• Excellent communication and coordination skills.

Required skills

• Proficiency in MS Office.
• Experience with project management tools.
