Manufacturing Product/Test Engineer

About the role

As a Manufacturing Product/Test Engineer at Texas Instruments, you will join the TMG Development program, a 12‑month accelerator for new graduates. You will work across design, process, test, reliability and manufacturing teams to resolve product and production issues while driving yield and cost improvements.

Key responsibilities

• Support daily production issues on the test floor, including low‑yield analysis, hardware and software debug, and disposition.
• Provide detailed analytical studies and collaborate with product engineering teams to improve test programs, hardware, and setups.
• Lead productivity improvement projects such as yield enhancement, test‑time reduction, and legacy tester conversion.
• Support new product releases by performing rigorous buy‑off of test systems and ensuring compliance with manufacturing requirements.
• Introduce new tools, equipment, and test processes to manufacturing, managing qualification and change‑management approvals.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s degree in Electronics Engineering.
• Zero to less than two years of relevant experience.
• Strong verbal and written communication skills.
• Excellent analytical, critical‑thinking and problem‑solving abilities.
• Ability to work effectively in fast‑paced, interrupt‑driven environments and collaborate across functions.
