Production Engineering Staff

About the role

We are seeking a Production Engineering Staff member to support efficient production operations, drive process improvements, and ensure equipment reliability within our facility. The role involves planning, designing, developing and managing processes to deliver high‑quality products while maintaining machinery and equipment.

Key responsibilities

• Plan, coordinate and oversee all aspects of production to meet quality and output targets.
• Ensure machinery and equipment operate efficiently and reliably through routine maintenance and troubleshooting.
• Develop and improve production processes, systems and industrial equipment.
• Implement and enforce safety standards and quality‑control procedures.
• Organise the production layout to optimise workflow and operational efficiency.

Required profile

• Graduate of a 4‑ or 5‑year engineering degree program.
• Engineering licence is a plus but not mandatory.
• Basic knowledge of safety standards and quality control.
• Ability to work under pressure and meet deadlines.
• Fresh graduates are encouraged to apply.
