Senior Project Designer (Project Designer III)

About the role

The Senior Project Designer (Project Designer III) will act as a strategic member of the design and construction team, ensuring high‑quality deliverables from concept through construction. This role requires strong coordination, creative problem‑solving, and clear communication of progress and issues.

Key responsibilities

• Prepare complete construction document packages, including detailed drawings and specifications.
• Coordinate design efforts across architects, engineers, and third‑party consultants.
• Discuss building and zoning code issues with the project team, especially ambiguous (“grey”) areas.
• Introduce innovative ideas and research findings during design meetings and lunch‑and‑learn sessions.
• Develop and deliver presentations to the design team, project managers, and stakeholders.
• Maintain and improve productivity through effective use of AutoCAD and Revit systems.

Required profile

• Demonstrated expertise in architectural design with several years of experience.
• Strong understanding of building codes, zoning regulations, and construction processes.
• Proven ability to produce high‑quality documentation and meet project deadlines.
• Strategic judgment and critical thinking to support company objectives.
