Senior Program Delivery Manager

About the role

We are seeking a Senior Program Delivery Manager to design, map and optimize Commercial Operations programs for Personal Collection Direct Selling Inc. The role will lead cross‑functional teams, develop high‑level process frameworks and ensure continuous improvement across the organization.

Key responsibilities

• Design and map new programs and processes essential to Commercial Operations, collaborating with stakeholders across the end‑to‑end workflow.
• Analyze existing programs and apply process‑optimization disciplines such as streamlining, automation, transformation, or elimination.
• Define and create macro‑level frameworks that support decision‑making for high‑level processes.
• Lead and collaborate with cross‑functional teams to launch and execute key Commercial Operations programs and projects.
• Conduct post‑implementation reviews, capture feedback, and iterate to embed continuous improvement.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s degree in industrial engineering, management engineering, mathematics, statistics, business administration, operations management, or a related field.
• Minimum of 5 years’ experience in process engineering, process improvement, or project management, preferably within operations, FMCG, or a similar environment.
• Preferred certification: Lean Six Sigma Belt (Black, Green, or Yellow).
