Operational Excellence Consultant

About the role

We are seeking an Operational Excellence Consultant to join the Operational Excellence team at MBPS. You will lead transformative initiatives focused on digitization, process improvement, risk management, and customer centricity, collaborating with professionals across the organization.

Key responsibilities

• Conduct process discovery and walkthrough sessions to gather data and validate information for project objectives.
• Identify performance gaps, quantify impacts, and develop deliverables such as process maps, policies, procedures, data analyses, and management readouts.
• Support business owners in deploying recommendations and track the benefits of OE projects.
• Build strong relationships with stakeholders and promote a continuous‑improvement culture through OE forums and community of practice activities.

Required profile

• College degree or equivalent business experience.
• 3‑5 years of experience in process or performance improvement and project management.

Required skills

• Proficiency in DMAIC, DMADV, Lean, Kaizen, and change‑management methodologies.
• Six Sigma Green Belt (or equivalent) preferred.
• Familiarity with Agile frameworks such as Scrum.
