About the role
The Senior Merchandising Manager will be based in Tabaco and will lead the planning, sourcing and execution of merchandise strategies for Liberty Commercial Center. This full‑time, on‑site position focuses on aligning product assortments with customer demand while driving sales growth.
Key responsibilities
- Develop and implement merchandising plans that support company sales targets.
- Manage inventory levels to optimise stock turnover and minimise waste.
- Select and curate product assortments based on market trends and customer preferences.
- Analyse sales performance data to identify opportunities for improvement.
- Maintain strong relationships with suppliers and negotiate terms.
- Collaborate with cross‑functional teams such as marketing, operations and finance to ensure seamless execution.
Required profile
- Proven experience in merchandising or retail management.
- Strong communication and customer‑service orientation.
- Demonstrated ability to drive sales and achieve revenue goals.
- Experience with inventory management and assortment planning.
- Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing or a related field preferred.
