About the role
GrowSari is seeking a full‑time Group Category Manager to oversee the portfolio of brands from large FMCG suppliers across multiple categories. The role focuses on driving sales growth and profitability through joint business planning, category planning, activations and trade term agreements.
Key responsibilities
- Manage a portfolio of FMCG partner companies with the objective of driving category sales growth and profitability.
- Ensure the right assortment is carried at appropriate pricing and margin structures, identifying opportunities to improve profitability.
- Create joint business plans with FMCG partners, analysing growth opportunities based on KPIs such as active buying stores, basket size and order frequency.
- Recommend and execute activation programmes (promotions, in‑app communications, merchandising, sales‑agent training, etc.) and monitor their performance.
- Pitch GrowSari’s capabilities to new companies and build relationships with key accounts.
Required profile
- Minimum 5 years of experience in key account management, trade marketing or brand management within FMCG.
- Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing or a related field.
- Proven negotiation, leadership and communication abilities.
- Strong analytical and problem‑solving skills with the capacity to analyse data and identify category opportunities.
