Senior Ecommerce Manager

About the role

The Senior Ecommerce Manager will define and lead UNIQLO Philippines' overall e‑commerce strategy, driving sustainable and profitable online growth. This senior position oversees the full e‑commerce function, ensuring seamless integration between online and offline channels while aligning with the LifeWear philosophy.

Key responsibilities

• Develop and execute the e‑commerce business plan, targeting sales growth and brand strengthening.
• Lead merchandising, digital marketing, content strategy, and platform management initiatives.
• Collaborate with cross‑functional teams and global headquarters to ensure O2O integration.
• Monitor performance metrics, optimise customer experience, and drive operational efficiency.
• Manage the e‑commerce budget and ensure profitability targets are met.

Required profile

• Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Business, Commerce or a related field.
• Minimum 10 years of experience in e‑commerce or retail sales leadership.
• Proven track record in senior roles such as CEO, SVP, AVP, VP or Director within sales‑focused environments.
• Strong business mindset with a passion for driving profit and growth.
