Senior Accountant – Global Services Finance

About the role

Johnson & Johnson is seeking a Senior Accountant to join its Global Services Finance team in Taguig. The role supports the end‑to‑end accounting for balance‑sheet and income‑statement processes across the organization, ensuring compliance with internal policies and external regulations.

Key responsibilities

• Maintain compliance with applicable laws, regulations, the J&J Credo, and internal audit and SOX requirements.
• Execute timely month‑end and period‑end closings according to the closing calendar and service‑level agreements.
• Ensure completeness, accuracy, and validity of financial actuals within the assigned entity scope.
• Support operational excellence initiatives and drive continuous improvement of accounting processes.
• Collaborate with cross‑functional finance teams to provide accurate financial reporting.

Required profile

• Strong accounting and finance background with experience in corporate accounting.
• Ability to learn new processes quickly and adapt to changing business needs.
