Sales Service Internship

About the role

Join Bosch Group in Makati City as a Sales Service Intern and support the warranty and sales service processes. This 500‑hour internship offers a blend of on‑site and remote work, giving you hands‑on experience in a global technology company.

Key responsibilities

• Process monthly warranty claims, including data entry, verification, and coordinating payments to ASC/ASD.
• Monitor original invoices and compile monthly reports from ASC/ASD.
• Update the ASA and KUM dashboards with accurate information.
• Contact survey detractors to gather feedback on service issues.
• Assist with ad‑hoc tasks as assigned by the sales service team.

Required profile

• Flexible, proactive individual ready to start in the last week of August 2025.
• Available to work three days on‑site and two days remote each week.
• Committed to completing a minimum of 500 internship hours.
