Product Solutions Consultant – Remote

About the role

CoverGo is seeking a Product Solutions Consultant to own the solution‑consulting and product‑demo experience throughout the sales cycle. Working fully remotely, you will bridge Sales, Product, and Delivery to showcase the CoverGo platform to insurers across health, life, and P&C.

Key responsibilities

• Lead tailored product demonstrations and adapt the narrative to each insurer’s priorities.
• Design and facilitate discovery calls, solution‑design workshops, and client sessions to capture requirements.
• Build and configure proof‑of‑concept insurance products on the CoverGo platform.
• Use AI tools (LLMs, prompt engineering, AI‑assisted research) to generate demo scripts, RFP/RFI responses, and proposals.
• Partner with the Sales team to advance and close opportunities, translating client needs into value propositions and techno‑commercial proposals.

Required profile

• Comfortable engaging both technical evaluators and C‑level decision‑makers.
• Proactive user of AI tools to accelerate workflow in a high‑velocity sales environment.
• Strong communication skills and ability to own the technical narrative that wins enterprise deals.
