About the role
The Sales Manager will lead the Luzon sales portfolio, driving both strategic and financial performance. You will develop the annual sales plan, forecast monthly results and ensure the team meets sales and collection targets while maintaining safety and compliance across retail operations.
Key responsibilities
- Create and execute an approved sales strategy and annual sales plan for the Luzon region.
- Provide monthly forecasts and monitor achievement of sales and collection targets.
- Lead and coach the Luzon sales team and Retail Sales Associates, ensuring KPI attainment and compliance with safety and commercial processes.
- Identify new business opportunities, pricing improvements and secure contracts with existing and potential customers.
- Collaborate with product management, pricing, supply‑chain, SHEQ and other functions to align market intelligence and product strategies.
- Analyse sales data, prepare reports, and implement mitigation and action plans to grow revenue and market share.
- Manage HR responsibilities for the team, including performance appraisals, target setting, training needs and contract renewals.
Required profile
- Minimum 5 years of experience in a sales management role.
- Experience managing an annual portfolio of PHP 350‑400 million and a proven track record of meeting sales targets.
- University degree in marketing, finance, business or engineering.
- Active driver’s licence.
- Industry experience is an advantage.
