About the role
Arcitech AI is seeking a results‑driven Sales Executive to own the full sales cycle for its B2B SaaS solutions. You will generate pipeline, qualify prospects, deliver tailored demos and close deals while contributing to the company’s growth in global markets.
Key responsibilities
- Own end‑to‑end sales process from prospecting to contract signing.
- Conduct outbound outreach via calls, emails and LinkedIn.
- Identify decision‑makers, run discovery calls and present customized product demos.
- Manage multiple stakeholders, handle objections and negotiate terms.
- Maintain an accurate pipeline, provide forecasts and keep CRM data clean.
Required profile
- 3–5 years of B2B SaaS sales experience with a proven track record of meeting or exceeding targets.
- Strong outbound prospecting skills and ability to run independent discovery calls and demos.
- Experience selling to US or international markets is a plus.
- Comfortable working in a fast‑paced, outbound‑driven environment.
Required skills
- Hands‑on experience with CRM platforms such as HubSpot or Salesforce.
- Familiarity with LinkedIn Sales Navigator, Apollo or similar prospecting tools.
