Restaurant Specialist – Front of House Team Leader

About the role

The Restaurant Specialist will lead the front‑of‑house team at the Trinoma location, supporting the Manager on Duty during peak periods and ensuring a high‑energy, guest‑focused environment. You will supervise staff, monitor service speed and quality, and drive sales initiatives to enhance guest satisfaction and profitability.

Key responsibilities

• Assist the Manager on Duty in floor control, especially during peak hours.
• Supervise front‑of‑house staff to deliver excellent guest service and maintain a positive atmosphere.
• Monitor the dining area, attend to guests promptly, and follow up on each table.
• Handle guest concerns or complaints professionally and coordinate resolutions with the MOD.
• Lead the shift team, delegate duties, and ensure staff are prepared for service.
• Drive sales by coaching servers on promotions, suggestive selling, and loyalty programs.
• Monitor and control the use of FOH materials, packaging, and utilities to protect profitability.
• Conduct regular team meetings, performance reviews, and training sessions for staff development.
• Coach and counsel staff on personal and career growth, and recommend disciplinary actions when needed.
• Ensure compliance with regulatory requirements, company policies, and internal safeguards.
