Remote Real Estate Cold Caller – Acquisition Lead Generation

About the role

We are seeking a motivated Remote Real Estate Cold Caller to join AOG Equities’ acquisitions team. The role focuses on contacting owners of single‑family and residential properties to uncover selling interest and generate qualified acquisition leads.

Key responsibilities

• Conduct high‑volume outbound calls to property owners across the Los Angeles market, introducing the company and assessing interest in selling.
• Qualify prospects, gather essential property details, and maintain a consistent call pipeline.
• Track outreach activities, follow up with leads, and convert conversations into qualified acquisition opportunities.
• Monitor market trends and competitor activity to support acquisition strategy.
• Prepare and present market analysis reports for management review.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s degree required.
• Minimum five years of experience in cold calling, lead generation, or real‑estate acquisitions.
• Strong organizational abilities and capacity to prioritize multiple tasks.
• Ability to work independently with minimal supervision in a fast‑paced, entrepreneurial environment.
• Professional communication skills and a strong work ethic.
