Real Estate Officer (Tenant Relations)

About the role

The Real Estate Officer (Tenant Relations) will lead property sourcing, market analysis, and lease management activities to support the company's growth and acquisition strategy. Reporting directly to the Real Estate Manager and CEO, this role combines strategic insight with hands‑on execution across multiple stakeholders.

Key responsibilities

• Conduct property sourcing, market research, and site evaluations for potential leasing and acquisition opportunities.
• Coordinate with brokers, landlords, developers, and government agencies to gather property requirements and necessary documentation.
• Assist in lease negotiations, contract renewals, and prepare comprehensive real‑estate reports and recommendations for senior management.
• Perform site inspections, monitor permits, and ensure compliance with all property‑related regulations.
• Provide regular market updates and strategic recommendations to the Real Estate Manager and CEO regarding trends and expansion opportunities.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s degree in Real Estate Management, Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field.
• Minimum of 25 years of experience in real estate, leasing, property management, or tenant relations.
• Strong knowledge of real‑estate documentation, contract management, and market analysis.
• Excellent communication, negotiation, and relationship‑management abilities.
• Willingness to travel for site inspections and client meetings.

Required skills

• Proficiency in Microsoft Office applications.
