Remote Inside Sales Representative

About the role

We are looking for a motivated Remote Inside Sales Representative to join our dynamic sales team. The role focuses on outbound prospecting, appointment setting, and nurturing leads to support business growth.

Key responsibilities

• Conduct outbound cold calls to introduce company products and services to potential clients.
• Qualify leads and schedule appointments for the sales team.
• Follow up with leads, maintain high customer engagement, and provide relevant product information.
• Achieve daily, weekly, and monthly targets for calls, appointments, and lead conversions.
• Maintain accurate interaction records in the CRM system.
• Collaborate with the sales team to develop lead‑generation and conversion strategies.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field.
• 1–2 years of experience in sales, telemarketing, or a similar role.
• Strong communication and interpersonal abilities.
• Excellent phone etiquette and a persuasive approach.
• Resilience to handle rejection while staying positive.

Required skills

• Proficiency with CRM software.
• Competence in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, Outlook).
