About the role
Join a fast‑growing e‑commerce company as the voice of the brand. You will handle inbound customer calls, resolve issues in real time, and look for upsell and cross‑sell opportunities.
Key responsibilities
- Answer inbound customer calls promptly and professionally.
- Resolve inquiries related to orders, returns, and account management.
- Identify and act on upsell and cross‑sell opportunities during calls.
- Document interactions accurately in the company’s CRM system.
- Coordinate with internal teams to ensure timely issue resolution.
- Provide support for chat and email channels when required.
Required profile
- Excellent spoken and written English – clear, confident, and natural.
- Previous experience in a call‑center, customer service, or sales role (preferred).
- Sales‑oriented mindset with the ability to identify customer needs.
- Strong multitasking ability in a fast‑paced environment.
- Reliable home office setup with laptop/desktop, noise‑cancelling headset, and stable internet.
Required skills
- Proficiency with CRM platforms.
What we offer
- Hourly pay of $3.00 USD.
- Fixed 9‑hour shifts, 6 days a week with one day off.
- Fully remote work arrangement.
