Remote Appointment Setter – Dayshift (AU Morning)

About the role

We are looking for a motivated Appointment Setter to join Scale‑X Solutions’ core team. The role is fully remote in the Philippines and works the Australian morning shift, allowing you to enjoy your evenings.

Key responsibilities

• Make outbound calls to prospective B2B clients and introduce Scale‑X Solutions.
• Qualify leads and identify decision‑makers.
• Schedule appointments for Business Development Managers.
• Achieve daily, weekly and monthly call and booking targets.
• Maintain accurate records in the CRM after each interaction.
• Collaborate with the team to refine outreach strategies.

Required profile

• Minimum 4 years of hands‑on B2B appointment‑setting experience.
• Experience selling services, software or SaaS is a strong plus.
• Excellent verbal communication and ability to engage decision‑makers.
• Self‑driven, confident and goal‑oriented.
