Remote Appointment Setter – Auto Insurance Leads

About the role

We are looking for a motivated Remote Appointment Setter to generate qualified meetings for our auto and life insurance sales team. You will work from home, calling internet‑generated leads, overcoming objections, and booking confirmed appointments that feed directly into our sales pipeline.

Key responsibilities

• Make high‑volume outbound calls to auto and life insurance prospects.
• Collect essential prospect data (name, address, vehicle details) for the sales team.
• Overcome objections and secure firm, committed appointments.
• Perform warm transfers or schedule meetings in the sales calendar.
• Maintain accurate call outcomes and lead status in the agency’s CRM.
• Follow up with interested prospects to re‑engage and convert them into booked appointments.

Required profile

• 1–2 years of experience in outbound sales, cold calling, or appointment setting.
• Strong English communication and comprehension skills.
• Background in insurance or financial services is preferred.
• High persistence and resilience in a rejection‑heavy environment.
• Ability to work independently and sustain energy during high call volumes.
• Excellent attention to detail when capturing prospect information.
