Remote Accountant (Philippines) – Full‑Cycle Accounting

About the role

The Finance Group Global Inc. is seeking a detail‑oriented Accountant to join its fully remote team. You will own the full accounting cycle for multiple clients across North America, delivering timely financial insights and supporting strategic decisions.

Key responsibilities

• Maintain accurate financial records and record daily transactions.
• Perform bank and account reconciliations.
• Prepare monthly financial statements (Balance Sheet, Income Statement, Cash Flow).
• Generate management reports and provide financial insights.
• Assist with budgeting, forecasting, and variance analysis.
• Manage invoicing, collections, vendor payments, and employee reimbursements.
• Ensure compliance with tax filings (GST, income tax) and support internal/external audits.
• Prepare ad‑hoc reports and contribute to finance‑related projects.

Required profile

• CPA designation.
• Minimum 3 years of full‑cycle accounting experience.
• Strong experience with QuickBooks Online.
• Proficiency with Outlook, SharePoint, and Microsoft 365.
• Experience working remotely with U.S. or Canadian companies.
• High attention to detail, strong organization, and time‑management skills.
• Self‑motivated, accountable, and professional integrity.
